THE KAMPOT MOUNTAINS
Kampot is a seaside province in the southwest of Cambodia. Its rolling hills and lush jungles bring a rugged beauty to this region, which is renowned for its pepper plantations and salt fields.
At Seekers Spirits we source our water from the natural springs of the Kampot Mountains. The water undergoes a natural filtration process, and is then further purified for the cleanest, freshest water, while maintaining its unique taste and mineral content.
CASSAVA
ROOT
Cassava is a nutritious root vegetable & one of the most widely grown crops in Southeast Asia. The underground part of the cassava shrub, has roots similar in shape to sweet potatoes. These starchy roots create a vodka that is earthy, creamy and full-bodied like the traditional potato vodkas of Poland.
pandan
We add fresh pandan leaf to our final round of distillation to add another very subtle layer of flavour from the Mekong. The tiniest hints of nutty, vanilla notes are only detectable when sipped neat, in a martini or when combined with soda.
