Light & refreshing, with a little kick from the ginger.
40ml Seekers Mekong Vodka
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
3slices Of Fresh Ginger
Top With Soda Water
Add all of the ingredients apart from the soda water into a cocktail shaker.
Muddle.
Add ice and shake hard.
Double strain into a highball glass/copper mug (if available).
Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish With a fresh ginger slice or lime wheel.
