Six harbours, six countries, one river - poured at the Seekers Spirit House in Phnom Penh.

Harbour 1: China - Terrace Whisper. Pu’erh tea, toasted-rice-washed Seekers Mekong Dry Gin, lime, milk-clarified.

Harbour 2: Myanmar - Lady of Bagan. Seekers Mekong Dry Gin, young curry leaves, ginger, lime, egg white.

Harbour 3: Laos - Beerlao, Som Muoy. Seekers Mekong Gold Gin, Seekers Orange Liqueur, Khmer basil, mint, lemongrass, passionfruit, Beer Lao.

Harbour 4: Thailand - Mango Sticky Rice. Seekers Mekong Vodka, coconut, pandan, sticky rice, mango, lime, star anise.

Harbour 5: Cambodia - Khmer Sour Soup. Seekers Mekong Dry Gin, Ma’Om rice paddy herb, coriander, Khmer basil, chilli, pineapple, lime.

Harbour 6: Vietnam - Seekers Ca Phe Trung. Seekers Mekong Vodka, Seekers Coffee Liqueur, coffee, palm sugar, milk, pandan.
