An elegant single gin and an Asian lime leaf vodka, for the FCC's Siem Reap house in the old French Governor's residence.
The birth of a new spirit category for Cambodia: 100% Cambodian ingredients, free of the dominance of imported juniper - coffee chaff and Battambang orange peel over a backbone of local coriander. Bottled under the hotel's own label.
A complex vermouth born from circularity - built with repurposed botanicals and harvests from the hotel's own organic gardens, made exclusively for Sora, the rooftop bar atop Vattanac Capital Tower.
Four bespoke vermouth recipes with a Mediterranean soul, created with vermuteria founder Myriam Rueda - each labelled with a playful wordplay, in her belief that certain words shape the way you act, think, and love.
