Summer garden in your glass! Light, bright & refreshing.
40ml Seekers Mekong Vodka
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml simple syrup
10g fresh mint
20g fresh cucumber
2 drops Orange Bitters
Fever Tree Elderflower tonic (or your own favourite)
Add all ingredients apart from the tonic into a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the mint and cucumber.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into glass.
Top with tonic and garnish.
